How do I report an accident with an Eldan car?
If you have an Eldan car and were involved in an accident, you should contact the digital center via WhatsApp at 054-1465161 or the emergency center at 03-5579000 / 3003*.
If you are a third party and were involved in an accident with an Eldan car, you should contact Eldan's claims department via WhatsApp only at 054-1465161.
Can the deductible be waived?
For a significant number of models offered for rent, the deductible can be waived by purchasing the Excess Waiver add-on at the time of reservation or car pickup.
The Excess Waiver add-on (EW) exempts the renter from paying the deductible (except for damages not covered such as tires, car roof, undercarriage, missing accessories from the vehicle, exceptional damages, and third-party coverage difference).
What is the deductible amount in case of car damage?
The deductible amount in case of damage or theft depends on the car group, ranging from ₪2,000 to ₪4,000 .
What additional services or accessories can be added to the rental car?
We offer a variety of services and additional products that will enhance the rental experience, such as Excess Waiver, window coverage, additional drivers, baby seat, booster, and more.
Can I rent a safety seat or booster?
Yes, Eldan offers two types of safety seats - a baby seat and a booster. You can order the appropriate seat when reserving the car. Please note, the customer is responsible for attaching the seat to the car seat.
What is a "car category"?
A car category is a family of cars that includes several vehicles with similar characteristics such as transmission type, number of seats, body type, and more. To view the categories offered at Eldan, click here.
Can I order a specific model?
Car reservations are made for a car group. Some groups include a variety of models from various manufacturers. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a specific model but will be happy to provide it subject to its availability in the fleet (please note a preference for a specific model in the reservation).
The reservation states a specific model or similar, what does that mean?
