Is a charging cable provided with the rented car?
Absolutely. An electric car rental includes a charging cable suitable for slow charging (AC). Please ensure to return the charging cable when returning the electric car.
Can the electric car be charged with fast charging?
Absolutely. The electric car can be charged at a fast charging station (DC). When you arrive at the charging station, there is a dedicated charging cable connected to the station that can be used to charge the car.
Do I have to charge the car before returning it?
The car is delivered to the customer with a charge level of at least 80%, so it is recommended to return the car with a charge level of at least 80%. If the car is returned with a charge level below 25%, the fee charged for the missing charge will include the cost of energy in addition to a charging fee that will apply from time to time. This will not apply if the electric car rental includes the car's charging.
Can I rent a Tesla?
Absolutely. Tesla vehicles are part of our fleet and can be rented subject to their availability in our fleet.
I have a Tesla app, can I use it when I rent a car from you?
Absolutely. If you have an account in the Tesla app and wish to rent a Tesla from us, we will ensure that you can use your existing account to provide you with the same user experience.
Where can I charge the electric car?
In Israel, there are currently thousands of public charging stations divided into slow charging stations (AC) and fast charging stations (DC). Each charging company has a map of charging stations spread across the country, which can be easily found in a dedicated app or on their website. There are several apps that help locate charging stations and provide information about the station's availability, charging cost, location, and even navigation to the station.
