When adding additional drivers, are they required to be present at the branch?
The additional driver is not required to physically come to the branch. The main driver registered in the rental agreement can add additional drivers by physically coming to any of Eldan's branches. For this, a valid original driver's license along with an ID card or passport of the additional driver must be presented.
What can I do if I do not have an Israeli driver's license?

I am a new driver, can I drive the car?
No. A driving experience of at least two years is required.
Does the rental cost include insurance coverage for all drivers?

Is a special driver's license required for a 9-seater vehicle?

Is there a charge for exceeding the mileage limit?
Rentals for a period of 1-2 days include a mileage limit of 250 km per day. Rentals for a period of 3-29 days include unlimited mileage. Rentals for a period exceeding 29 days include 133 kilometers for each rental day. To remove any doubt, if the multiplication of the daily rental cost and the total rental days exceeds the monthly rental rate at Eldan for that car, the renter will be considered as having rented the car for a period exceeding 29 days and the mileage limit will be updated accordingly. If the entire rental exceeds the mileage limit set in the standard agreement, the renter will be charged for exceeding the mileage limit for each additional kilometer at the amount set in the rental agreement.
