What are the full rental terms?

In case of a vehicle malfunction, you can contact the roadside assistance center at 03-557900 or dial 3003*. The center is available 24/7 (except during Yom Kippur fast).

The Ben Gurion Airport branch, located in Terminal 3, is available 7 days a week, from 07:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

Rentals at the Eldan branch at Ben Gurion Airport are intended only for travelers to Israel who landed at the airport within the 24 hours preceding the rental of the vehicle and have an entry visa or a copy of the flight ticket indicating this. We recommend that customers who do not meet this criterion use our other rental branches.

You can leave a request here and an Eldan representative will get back to you as soon as possible. You can also contact the national reservations center at 3003*.

Enterprise is the largest car rental company in the world. Eldan is the exclusive franchisee of Enterprise (and also of National and Alamo) for rentals booked from these companies to Israel since 2013.

At the end of an approved reservation, you will receive the reservation voucher by email. If the category you chose requires availability check, you will receive confirmation that the reservation has been received in the system and is undergoing a review process, at the end of which you will receive another update by email.
