Le coût de la location peut être affiché dans l’une des quatre devises suivantes : shekels israéliens, dollars US, euros et livres sterling. L’estimation du coût de la location dans plusieurs devises n’est fournie qu’à titre indicatif et se base sur le taux de change le plus récent publié par la Banque d’Israël au même moment. Nonobstant les dispositions ci-dessus, il est explicité par la présente que si aucune devise n’est sélectionnée, le paiement sera effectué uniquement dans la devise automatiquement sélectionnée par le système en fonction de la géolocalisation de l’Utilisateur.

Loi de protection du consommateur

Une réservation peut être annulée jusqu'à 14 jours après avoir effectué  la réservation et jusqu'à deux jours ouvrables avant la date de retrait. En cas d'annulation pendant cette période, Eldan se réserve le droit de vous prélever des frais d'annulation sur la carte bancaire utilisée lors de la réservation. Le montant de ces frais s'élève à 5% du prix de la location ou de ₪100  (le plus bas d'entre eux).

Ce droit de rétractation est plus favorable que celui figurant dans la loi de protection du consommateur et, par conséquent, ne pourra être appliqué sur une réservation faite sous ce plan.

Lorsque l'identification est effectuée avec une carte d'identité, le formulaire ne peut être rempli qu'en hébreu.
