Why should you switch to an electric vehicle?

• Electricity rate for the domestic consumer (as of January 2024): 0.6145 ₪ per kWh
• Cost of a liter of fuel at full service (as of February 2024): 7.60 ₪ per liter

From this, the cost of driving an electric vehicle is 0.10 ₪ per km, compared to about 0.45 ₪ per km for an average gasoline vehicle, which is a price about 80% lower.

Maintenance Cost Savings
An electric vehicle has very few moving parts and does not require traditional vehicle maintenance such as oil changes or fuel filter replacements. Brake pads can last twice as long compared to a non-electric vehicle due to the use of regenerative braking. Therefore, the average maintenance cost of an electric vehicle provides an annual saving of about 25%.

The electric vehicle is at the forefront of technology, equipped with the most advanced safety systems, and is subject to regulatory bodies like any other vehicle.

Equipment
An electric vehicle usually comes with a very rich equipment specification, which until a few years ago was the domain of luxury vehicles only.

Driving Experience
Driving an electric vehicle is very quiet and without any noise from the propulsion system, especially smooth due to differences in power transmission, free of vibrations typical of a combustion engine vehicle, and has amazing acceleration thanks to the immediate availability of power.

Environmental Quality
A combustion engine vehicle emits gases and pollutants, contributing to global warming. When switching to electric propulsion where nothing is burned, the electric vehicle does not emit pollutants and helps reduce air pollution.
