Special Offer Terms and Conditions – Discount on the next Rental

1. Definitions

The “Company”                              Eldan Transportation Ltd., Private Company Reg. No. 51-045433-3.

The “Website”                                 The internet website of the Company in the link: www.eldan.co.il.

The “Special Offer Period”              A period commencing on the date the user receives the Special Offer in his email and expiring 12 months thereafter.

The “Special Offer”                         A special offer when making a reservation of the cars of the Company by participants in the Website during the Special Offer Period in accordance with the provisions set forth in these Terms and Conditions.

1. Interpretation

   1. In these Terms and Conditions words which are in the masculine gender shall be deemed to include the feminine gender, and vice versa.
   2. In the event of discrepancy and/or non-conformance between the provisions set forth in these Terms and Conditions and any other publication and/or representation made by the Company regarding the Special Offer, the provisions set forth in these Terms and Conditions shall take precedence for all intents and purposes. In the event of discrepancy between the provisions set forth in these Terms and Conditions and the terms of the car lease agreement that the participant and the Company will sign (hereinafter: the “Lease Agreement”), the provisions of the Lease Agreement shall take precedence.

2. The Special Offer

   1. The Special Offer shall apply to participants who received from the Company a Special Offer code, no. [XXXX] (the “Special Offer Code”) and consequently, during the Special Offer Period, used the Special Offer Code for the purpose of making a reservation in the car lease Website in the country (the “Reservation”). It is clarified that the Special Offer will not apply to leased cars that were not reserved in the Website.

   2. Subject to the aforesaid, participants using the Special Offer Code shall be entitled to a 15% discount out of the total lease costs without any additions or any other related amounts as stated in the Reservation summary/bill of the leased car including, and without derogating from the generality of the aforesaid: deductible, fees for excess mileage, charges for traffic tickets, parking, toll roads and fast lanes (including processing fees in connection therewith, amounts charged for damage, additional amounts for young drivers etc. and all in accordance with the customary terms in Eldan at the time of realizing the Special Offer).
   3. The leasing of vehicles is subject to and conditional on the signature of the participant on the Lease Agreement for the specific lease and the provision of securities in accordance with its provisions.

1. The Company reserves its right to refuse to lease to the participant a car for any reason and at its sole discretion.

1. Miscellaneous

   1. The benefit can be transferred to a third party subject to the provisions of these Terms and Conditions
   2. Participation in the Special Offer is subject to the provisions set forth in these Terms and Conditions and the use of the Special Offer Code by the user in the Website shall be deemed and shall constitute acceptance and consent to the provisions set forth in these Terms and Conditions by the participant.
   3. The number of Special Offers is limited and shall be decided by the Company at its sole discretion.
   4. The number of cars is limited and the Company does not warrant that the cars will be available in its stock.
   5. The Company reserves the right to delay and/or cancel the Special Offer and/or the participation of any participant in the Special Offer for any reason that, in accordance with the law, may cause a delay or a cancellation of the Special Offer and/or participation in the Special Offer.
   6. The Special Offer is not reimbursable, changeable, or convertible in any manner.
   7. No double special offers or discounts shall be provided.
   8. These Terms and Conditions shall be solely governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts in the District of Tel Aviv - Yafo shall have sole jurisdiction in anything relating to and arising out of these Terms and Conditions.
