The charging cable doesn't release from the vehicle - what to do?

Charging the electric vehicle and at some point want to disconnect the charging cable from the vehicle, but without success. What should be done to release the charging cable from the vehicle?

The common ways to release the charging cable are by locking or unlocking the vehicle itself (sometimes a double press or long press is required), an app (if available), a button inside the vehicle, or at the charging station.

You tried to release the cable in one of the ways mentioned above, and yet you did not succeed. At this point, we move to "emergency release" using a few simple steps:

Step one: Locate the charging socket from inside the vehicle, and most likely, the release mechanism is also there.

Step two: Locate the quick release mechanism (usually a pull cable), as this mechanism requires manual pulling, so it is important to ensure that you pull the correct mechanism.

Step three: After locating the quick release mechanism, pull the release cable, after which the charging cable will be released from the vehicle.
