City of David - a journey through time for the whole family
The City of David National Garden invites children and families on a fascinating journey to the beginning of Jerusalem, through ancient remains, mysterious tunnels and ancient springs. In this place you can walk among the excavations of King David's palace, walk through Hezekiah's water tunnels, and explore the city's ancient sewage system. The children will especially enjoy the descent to the Shiloh dam - an impressive underground water system from the days of the First Temple, which walking along (with flashlights of course) is an unforgettable adventure.
